Course enquiry privacy notice

A short notice for students and parents who share details with us about NIOS guidance or Class 6–12 tuition. It adds to our main privacy policy.

1.What this notice covers

It covers information about a student that you share with NIOS Admission Delhi or Education Care Centre when asking about NIOS courses, On-Demand Exams or tuition — for example by WhatsApp, phone, email or our enquiry page.

2.Student details we may ask for

  • the student's name, class or last class passed, and board;
  • subjects passed, subjects still needed, and exam plans;
  • a contact number for the student or a parent or guardian.

We only ask for what we need to give useful guidance. We do not need identity numbers or copies of documents to answer a general question.

3.Your NIOS application is separate

Admission to NIOS is made through NIOS's own official process, and NIOS handles the information in your application. We do not have access to your NIOS account, and we do not take NIOS applications or fees on this website.

4.Students under 18

For students under 18, we prefer that a parent or guardian contacts us or is involved in the conversation, and we arrange tuition with a parent or guardian.

5.Sharing between our services

If you ask about both NIOS guidance and tuition, the details you share may be used by both NIOS Admission Delhi and Education Care Centre to answer you. We do not share them with anyone else for marketing.

6.Questions or removal requests

Email admin@niosadmissiondelhi.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99991 50075 to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.
