Privacy policy

This website is run by NIOS Admission Delhi, an independent guidance and coaching service, with Education Care Centre as our associated coaching service. We are not part of, or affiliated with, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or any government body. You can contact us about privacy at admin@niosadmissiondelhi.com.

This website has no user accounts, does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not store the details you type into the enquiry form. The form only arranges your details into a message and opens WhatsApp or your email app; nothing reaches us unless you send that message yourself.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site working.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send, which may include:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• whether you are a student or a parent or guardian;
• the student's class, board and subjects, and the help you are looking for.

Please do not send identity document numbers, mark sheets or other documents unless we specifically need them to answer your question.

• to reply to your enquiry and give you the guidance you asked for;
• to arrange tuition with you, if that is what you asked about;
• to keep a record of our conversation so we don't ask you the same things twice.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We do not submit anything to NIOS or any other organisation on your behalf without your clear instruction.

Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Links on this site to NIOS, the UGC and other official websites take you to sites we do not control.

We keep enquiry conversations only as long as we need them to help you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we have to keep something for a legal reason.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@niosadmissiondelhi.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Many of the students we help are under 18. We prefer that a parent or guardian is involved in enquiries for younger students. See our course enquiry privacy notice for details.
